We use only the freshest ingredients from the best suppliers within a short distance from The Manor House. Glenn Lewin in Sileby supplies our fresh meat from farms within Leicestershire, and our fabulous fillet steaks come from Church Farm and Merrick Farm. |
We support and encourage the growth of our local suppliers.
Our milk and cream are from Lubcloud Organic Dairy in Charnwood.

Our cheese is from Tim Brown, at Melton Cheeseboard, a true cheese expert and judge at the 2007 cheese world championship. |
Our fresh vegetables are delivered daily from Hudsons, and we regularly go to local farm shops and fruit farms to pick the best seasonal fruit and veg ourselves.
Our fresh fish is delivered six times a week from M&J Seafood, based in Hinckley, who assure us that their catch is from renewable sources.
Our customers are given a handmade chocolate with their coffee, that is made especially for us by John at Chocolate Perfection, in Ashby. When John comes to the Manor with some new recipes to sample we are never short of customers (and staff) willing to endure the hardship of tasting!
