Today we received the government’s full written guidance on how to safely re-open our business.
We appreciate that you will all be keen to get your bookings in quickly as you have eagerly awaited the chance to come and see us again – for which we are very thankful.
We are currently digesting all of the information given and preparing the business to open, paying very close attention to this guidance. Whilst we do this, we may not always be able to answer the phone.
We will be taking advanced bookings for tables both inside and outside, including the use of The Pavilion which will be our ‘pub’ and the main Manor House which will be our restaurant.
All areas for dining (not including the Pavilion) will be bookable online or by phone shortly. Pavilion bookings for drinks and/or live sports showings are being taken but either by phone or email, not online.
In the meantime whilst we set up the systems, we are asking that if you want to make a booking now, you e-mail us on email@example.com with your preferred date, time, number of people, number of households in the group and if you have one, your preferred seating area; for example the patio, decking, grass or an indoor table. We will get back to you and confirm your booking as soon as we can, but please be patient as the demand is going to be extraordinarily high and we are working hard to ensure we can accommodate everybody in a safe manner.
Please bear in mind that we will have to limit each table to a certain number of people, dependent upon how many households this will include; we will explain this when we answer your query and discuss with you how best we can accommodate your booking.
Please be aware that our patio and decking area now has a marquee covering, to provide extra shade and also shelter from the rain if the weather does turn, so you can still enjoy the outdoors regardless.
Tables will be bookable for 1 and a half hours for two people and 2 hours for more than 2 people. If you arrive without a booking, there is no guarantee we can accommodate you and you will be booked a later slot that day so that you can return when there is availability.
